What Is It?
The Growth Officers Club is an exclusive mastermind community for Growth Officers. Members will receive executive-level networking, access to virtual and in-person events with top-level speakers, valuable content and insights for personal and professional growth and more. We're looking for high flyers who not only want to accelerate their own growth, but pour value into others too.
Who Is This For?
If you're here, it's because you're a Growth Officer and you want to go from good to exceptional. Not just for your company, but in your personal life as well. And make no mistake, the two are connected. You've been to sales & marketing conferences, maybe joined groups for executives or done leadership retreats, but they're not really capturing all things that being a Growth Officer entails. Where is our space? Where is our community?
What Are Next Steps?
To ensure the value for members, there will be an application and member selection process. We're still building out the infrastructure of the Growth Officers Club and lining up world-class speakers, so the application process has not begun. Who Is Launching This?
Meet Bo
3X author, speaker and mountaineer, Bo Parfet is Head of Growth at DLP Capital, a 5+ billion dollar company. He received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. Among his mountaineering adventures, he's climbed the Seven Summits and K2, and is embarking on an endeavor to ski down Mount Everest to raise money to bring eyesight to 100,000 blind people. He lives with his wife and two sons in Boulder, CO.
